Xplore will provide direct mail notices to adjacent landowners and provide a newspaper advert for residents to be able to provide comment on the proposal. Xplore is required to comply with all federal regulations and protocols with respect to the consideration of this proposal and will return to Council with a summary of inputs and any further comments.
